Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the collectible, limited-edition, and limited-availability nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering errors. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can promptly review the issue and work toward a resolution. Refunds, replacements, or other remedies will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Special Orders and Merchandise Requests

Items purchased or sourced specifically at a customer's request, including special orders, park pickup requests, and custom merchandise sourcing, are considered final sale and may not be canceled, returned, or refunded once the item has been purchased or secured on the customer's behalf.

If we are unable to obtain a requested item, any payment collected specifically for that item will be refunded.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. While Park Treasure Collectibles is not responsible for carrier delays, we are happy to assist customers with tracking information and carrier claims whenever possible.

International Orders

Park Treasure Collectibles proudly ships to customers worldwide. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

European Union and United Kingdom Customers

Customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the last item in their shipment, without providing a reason. This right of withdrawal applies to standard orders under applicable consumer protection laws (EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day window using the contact information on our website. We will process your return and issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer when returning items under the right of withdrawal.

Mystery, Blind-Box, Limited-Edition, and Collectible Pin Packaging: Once any sealed or original packaging has been opened or removed, the item may no longer be eligible for return. This includes mystery sets, blind-box packs, limited-edition pin packs, and individual collectible pins sold in original retail packaging (such as boxed or carded pins). Original packaging is considered part of the collectible's value — pins removed from their original box, card, or backing may be returned only at our discretion and may be subject to a reduction in refund value reflecting the diminished condition. We strongly encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase before opening or removing any collectible packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Authenticity

We take pride in offering authentic merchandise sourced from theme parks, reputable retailers, and trusted distributors. Product condition and any notable defects will be disclosed in the listing whenever applicable.
