Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, special events, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers at our discretion. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Park Treasure Collectibles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the last tracking update. Please include your order number and any applicable photos so we can assist with carrier claims and work toward a resolution.
Combined Shipping
When possible, multiple items purchased in the same order will be shipped together. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
International Orders
Park Treasure Collectibles proudly ships internationally. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by their country. International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays. Park Treasure Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers.
Special Orders and Park Pickup Requests
Processing times for special orders, merchandise requests, and park pickup items may vary depending on product availability. Customers will be notified if delays are expected.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance may be included with certain orders at our discretion. Claims for lost or damaged packages are subject to carrier policies.
